Process

We offer panelized and modular homes. Panelized homes are now available, with modular availability anticipated for the end of 2026. Here’s the process:

  • Express interest using our express interest form

  • We’ll review your information and reach out to you to go over models, prices, timeline, financing & budget, and where you are in your process

  • When you’re ready to move forward or reserve a spot in the queue, sign a letter of intent (LOI) and put $1000 down

  • After the LOI we’ll kick off your project and plan it out with you

  • Finalize and sign contract

  • Offsite manufacturing

  • Set day

  • Finish work on-site

  • Closing & move in

Building Philosophy

At Zero Energy Homes, we know that sometimes when it comes to affordability, every dollar counts. We’ve worked hard to make sure you have opportunities to:

  • Avoid costly fees and lengthy waits by providing thoughtful and comfortable standard designs that meet your needs without modification

  • Subtract services or features from our standard package if you have the DIY skills to handle some elements on your own

  • Grow into the home over time: unfinished second floors are standard. Move into a high-performance home now with room to expand later

  • Minimize expense on foundations: Our homes fit a variety of foundation types that do not carry the highest price tags
