Zero Energy Homes has a unique mission – to provide high-performance, sustainable homes to a wide range of Maine residents, including those who are often left out of the clean-energy transition.

Our target market includes households that earn from approximately 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) to approximately 160%+ of Area Median Income.  AMI varies by county across the state. Zero Energy Homes prioritizes year-round residents, as well as developers, nonprofits, and other institutions, including schools and hospitals.
